Do you have those days where you are bopping along, your day is going normally. It isn't the best day in the world, nor is it the worst. Just blissfully normal.
And then it happens...your natural clutziness comes shining through. In vivid display in front of witnesses.
Yes, it happened to me today. I was walking in one of the operating rooms. I hit an electric cord while holding a metal arm sled and my right foot turned on itself as I hit the cord. I landed spectacularly loudly as the sled landed under my leg, which landed on it's outside edge and on my butt. Oh and I landed on my elbow too.
This happened around 4:30 this afternoon. When I changed clothes, I noticed that the beginnings of a great bruise pattern was starting on the outside of my calf.
It's nice being a clutz, really..
